Hi, I am Stefan

I work with founders and investors of tech ventures facing challenges to pivot their business and to achieve a sustainable future setting for their company and themselves.

Over the past 20 years, founding four tech companies has taught me one lesson: In 9 out of 10 times, actual development deviates significantly from initial plans. In two-thirds of these entrepreneurial journeys, things even worsen to the point of a potential complete failure.

Pivot times are tough times. But they also offer unexpected opportunities: They should be seen as a normal phase in a startup development rather than an exceptional outage. Oftentimes, pivots are a necessary gateway to a renewed, more sustainable, and more aligned setting for a company and its people.

I’ve experienced this firsthand, both personally and professionally. Observing many others' struggles, I decided to make effective pivoting my purpose and to support other entrepreneurs in shaping their Next New.

Today, people bank on me as a sparring partner to pivot faster and better to a sustainable version of their post-hype business model - and to find a prosperous future setting, for the company, for themselves and for their stakeholders.

Besides that, and in order to stay grounded, I am eating my own dog food: As Board President and CGO at Allthings Technologies AG, the second to last company I founded, I am actively working with the team on demonstrating how you can really go "from stuck to unfair advantage".
